We use Australia Post to ship parcels Australia-wide. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment (excluding public holidays). Please allow 1-5 business days for the arrival of your parcel. If you choose express shipping please allow 1-2 business days after it has been dispatched. All parcels are shipped from Sydney.

We hope you’ll love your items, but if you are not 100% happy with any item received, please contact us within 5 days and we will gladly offer a store credit (less shipping charges). Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Store credits are valid for 6 months and will only be issued once we receive the returned item in its original, unused and unopened condition with original packaging and tags attached. We can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mailing service. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. Please contact us by email prior to returning the item so that we can send you the return details. Store credits will not be issued without prior email contact. Please allow 7 days for a store credit to be issued once the item is received. No refunds, store credits or exchanges will be given on sale items.

We make every effort to ensure that all items are checked and packaged securely before shipment, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please email us immediately to arrange a replacement.
